Join Aleenta Barre, lululemon and Active & Healthy Gold Coast as they barre by the beach and coffee shop hop, busting pliés to the sound of the surf and sipping lattes. Tickets are $5. Tomorrow’s session starts at John Laws Park on Burleigh headland.

Chef hat-winning restaurateur turned clinical nutritionist and wellness authority Sam Gowing will share some tricks of the trade on the cooking stage at Robina Town Centre’s The Kitchens from 11am. The chance to sample Sam’s creations sweeten the demo deal.

Fellini Ristorante e bar is hosting its Aperol Spritz Aperitivo Italiana – traditional aperitif drinks and light starters that take place at the end of the workday from 5 - 6.30pm. It’s a pre-dinner social gathering to enjoy an Aperol spritz and meet new people. Buy your drinks, the starters are on the house.
