UK scandal MP dead

WELSH politician Carl Sargeant has been found dead just days after resigning over misconduct allegations as part of a wider harassment scandal embroiling parliament, police said.

Mr Sargeant’s body was found on Tuesday in north Wales. The death of the 49year-old was not being treated as suspicious.

The former Welsh government minister resigned on November 3 after allegations of unspecified misconduct towards women, reportedly involving sexual allegations.
