A 44-YEAR-OLD East Brisbane man has been charged with public nuisance after he allegedly claimed to have a baby in a bag before making threats to harm the child.

Police will allege he entered a service station in Frank St, Labrador, about 10.30am yesterday carrying a black bag which he claimed concealed a child.

Police will further allege that the man made threats towards the “child” in the bag before leaving the store.
