Two titles for auction

OFFSHORE investors who bought two street-front strata titles at the base of Southport’s Pivotal Point tower seven years ago are selling out.

The investors, via Delight International, have put the properties on the market in the wake of moving from Hong Kong to Canada.

They bought the titles, previously under contract for $1.44 million each, for $900,000 each in 2010.

The titles have a total net lettable area of 580sq m, including 112sq m of alfresco space fronting Nerang St.

They are tenanted by a cafe and hairdressing academy, with 313sq m vacant and partially fitted out.

Colliers International’s Lian Lee, Steve Clark and Kyle Youngson are marketing the properties, which will be auctioned on Wednesday.
