EVERYONE working in the hospitality industry should know the story of Sean Hunt. A while back Sean was working at Sheraton Mirage as a butcher. General manager at the time, Erhard Hotter, saw something in the young man that prompted him to guide and mentor him. Today Sean is the Area Vice President, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific for Marriott International which, since the takeover of Starwood by Marriott, means he runs a lot of hotels. Hard work and talent do pay off.
