Villa’s new Dimension

CRAIG Treasure and the team at listed Broadbeach housing group Villa World appear to have reached a new “dimension” in terms of investor support.

The global Dimensional Fund Advisers LP group, founded in the US in 1981 and with $650 billion under management, has bought more than 5 per cent of the company. Shares in Villa World, which is on a profit and dividend roll, have topped $2.60 – up from 75c in 2012.
