New tower in pipeline

DAVID Higgins, who surfaced as one of the key men in former Sheraton Mirage owner MiiGroup (aka Pearls), is setting up in Main Beach to market a new tower.

The 15-level Cerulean is mooted for a Pacific St site that’s home to the Worabinda low-rise and is to be marketed from Tedder Ave.

The Cerulean site has been bought for just over $5 million by Cityvest Holdings, owned by 44-year-old Paradise Waters resident Jonathan Drew.
