Regarding the Citizenship saga. Are the ineligible politicians eligible to be members of the Parliament superannuation scheme? Due to never being eligible under section 44. The Commonwealth must refund all contributions and treat the same as any ineligible person and not reinstate superannuation entitlement if later lawfully elected.
