Victory not yet in sight

-

MELBOURNE Victory coach Kevin Muscat has warned there is no quick fix to his side’s A-League woes after they let another win slip through their fingers against Brisbane Roar.

Saturday night’s 1-1 draw at Etihad Stadium left last year’s grand finalists in eighth place one ahead of Brisbane. Muscat said it was too early

to tell whether Socceroos James Troisi and Mark Milligan and New Zealand representative Kosta Barbarouses would be available for Victory’s trip to Perth to face the fifth-placed Glory on Sunday.

“It’s dangerous just to assume things are going to turn around,” Muscat said.

“I don’t think we’re out of the woods in terms of getting everyone back.”
