JELENA Dokic’s opening up in horrifying detail about allegations of traumatic abuse at the hands of father Damir have saddened many and shocked even more.

Sport has no place for those who do anything to achieve goals and don’t care for consequences. Whether it’s their own success or living dreams out through their prodigies, sport is poorer at all levels for these kinds of alleged behaviours.

The more they are talked about the sooner they will be weeded out.
