PWR CFO races off
GOLD Coast performance car parts group PWR Holdings has lost its chief financial officer, with Adam Purss resigning from the role yesterday.
The company said Mr Purss had stepped down after completing the preparation and release of the FY17 results including the end of year audit and annual general meeting.
“The Board of PWR extends its sincere thanks to Adam for his hard work and diligence in assisting PWR with its transition to a public company,” managing director Kees Weel said.
“We appreciate Adam’s support in strengthening the company for the next stage of growth and sincerely wish him well for the next step in his career.”
Mr Purss has been replaced by chartered accountant Stuart Smith, a previous consultant to Shell Technology Ventures.
