Weinstein suit filed

AN actress filed a lawsuit yesterday in which she alleges that Harvey Weinstein raped her at the Montage Hotel in California last year.

The actress, identified in the suit only as Jane Doe, claims that Weinstein also masturbated in front of her without her consent during an earlier meeting at the same hotel.

The plaintiff, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, filed suits against both Weinstein and the Weinstein Company.

Weinstein’s representatives denied the allegations against the movie mogul.
