What a shame. My kids love going on this ... 120 yrs old. It has heaps of history. Why not just move it!

That whole Broadbeach mall is stuck in the early 90s. It needs a facelift. Glad that the monorail is gone (nothing but a distraction for drivers) and this is the next step.

Why is Gold Coast Council just getting rid of anything that has been around forever? Some of these things have a local historical significance. But then again with those greedy people running council, the Gold Coast will lose its beauty.
