-

A WOMAN accused of stealing from a horse charity has professed her innocence online after a majority of the charges against her were dismissed.

Bianca Amanda Vella, who founded charity Save A Horse Australia, had 11 charges, including stealing and falsifying documents dismissed by the Southport Magistrates Court on Friday.

Vella still faces two charges of falsifying the records of minutes on two occasions and one of using Facebook to harass another woman.

She was committed to stand trial on those charges.

Vella professed on Facebook.

“I never in a million years stole anything for the charity I spent my life building and although those charges have been dropped, my reputation and character have been damaged and sadly will never be the same again,” she wrote. her innocence

Ms Vella said having a majority of the charges dropped was a “huge win”.

Vella’s co-accused Jennifer Alma Malloch will also face charges of falsifying documents and using Facebook to harass someone. It is alleged Malloch encouraged Vella to send the threatening messages.
