New estate at Logan

BROADBEACHBASEDKDL Property Group has launched a new houseand-land subdivision at Logan.

The $14 million masterplanned estate on Pelham Street, Logan Reserve, features 59 house-and-land packages with lots ranging in size from 402sq m to 797sq m.

KDL Property Group Managing Director Kent Leicester said the development was located in a growth corridor.

“The lots are bigger than average with almost 70 per cent 460sq m or higher,” he said.

House-and-land packages in Montana are priced from $449,000.
