High-profile LNP MP JohnPaul Langbroek started this race with a whopping 20.4 per cent margin, just a bit higher than in the last poll after boundary adjustments. He matched that rise on Saturday, gaining 64 per cent of first preferences. The Labor vote was stable. The ALP does not have enough resources to place volunteers on booths in Surfers Paradise. Nothing changes here. It is one of the safest for the LNP.
