THERE’S now a way to snap up properties in prime Gold Coast suburbs, while saving on multi-million dollar price tags.

Realestate.com.au has launched an interactive tool, designed to identify cheap ‘micro-pockets’ in blue-chip suburbs. For example, according to the research buyers can bag a house in Mermaid Beach’s cheapest pocket from $735,000, a $635,000 saving on the suburb’s median house price of $1.37 million.
