Blue Door wins gong

PALM Beach newcomer Blue Door on 5th won best new establishment at the Restaurant Industry Peer to Peer Awards (RIPPA), the Gold Coast’s only hospitality based awards, on Wednesday.

More than 1400 members, including local restaurants, cafes and food-related companies voted on the awards in a range of categories.

Asian-fusion gurus Hideaway Kitchen and Bar took out best share plate, The Collective Palm Beach won best family dining and Moo Moo Bar and Grill won best steak.
