AN industrial unit within a strata-titled complex at Molendinar has been snapped up by an owner-occupier in a preauction deal.

The 154sq m property at 1/7 Expansion St sold for $345,000, reflecting a building rate of $2240sq m.

Marketing agent Steven Macgregor from Ray White Industrial & Commercial Gold Coast said the property attracted a strong level of interest with a total of 38 inquiries fielded, resulting in 22 inspections.
