Sunland’s quads plan

THE Sunland Group isn’t planning, as previously flagged, on producing curvaceous ‘twins’ on its historic Greenmount Resort site – it wants ‘quads’.

The listed developer is chasing the green light for four towers of between 14 and 17 levels on the hilltop holding and they’ll contain nearly 250 apartments all up.

Sunland has spent $32.5 million buying the resort and two adjoining properties.
