Sorrento sale surge

A SORRENTO homeowner has sold their waterfront residence for a whopping eight times its last sale price.

The Donegal Crescent property changed hands for $1.95 million. Property records show the block was bought for $250,000 in 1994.

The house is now a luxury designer residence described as “vogue style” with five bedrooms, water features, riverside cabana and separate gym and steam room.

The sale is the second highest on the street.
