Importing the right goods

BULLETS coach Andrej Lemanis has praised the courage of his imports Perrin Buford and Travis Trice.

Trice, who leads the league in assists, hit the floor a number of times while putting his body on the line defensively in Brisbane’s 81-76 upset NBL win over the table-topping New Zealand Breakers at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Sunday.

The 24-year-old shooting guard was sent sprawling across the floor during the spirited clash, often finishing on the wrong side of a ref’s whistle.
