New tenant for Rocket
DEVELOPER Robina Land Corp has signed a two-year lease for space in The Rocket tower at Robina.
The real estate development company, founded in 1980, will pay $290,975 in gross annual rent for 565sq m of space in the a-grade office building.
The Rocket, which was purchased by Brisbane-based Sentinel for $70 million in 2015, is a 16-level, energy-efficient building with a net lettable area of 12,781sq m. Major tenants include the City of Gold Coast and the National Disability Insurance Agency.
The NDIS earlier this year signed a 10-year lease for 2796sq m floorspace.
Sentinel has a portfolio of more than 40 retail, industrial, office, land, tourism infrastructure and agribusiness assets across Australia with a total value in excess of $1.1 billion.
