Trio die on state roads

A 17-YEAR-OLD youth has died after his car crashed into a power pole in Brisbane.

The teen was driving at Manly West at around 3.20am yesterday when his car left the road and hit a pole.

The death comes after a 67year-old woman and her 18year-old passenger died at the scene of a two-car crash at Minden, west of Brisbane, on Saturday morning.
