HOW TO GET BY IN HOLLYWOOD

HOLLYWOOD baby! It is the dream of aspiring actors everywhere – head to Los Angeles and try to make it. Besides the usual agent/ photograph/resume you need tips on surviving in the City of Angels. We asked our own LA veterans Jessica Green and Cleo Rose Massey for some advice on how to get by. “Firstly you need to find some Australians over there. They will help you out with introductions and leads,” said Jessica. “Also try to live in Santa Monica because it’s very much like here.” Then Cleo chimed in. “And you have to get a car and never, ever, buy anything on the street. I learned that lesson the hard way,” said Cleo with a grin.
