FISHING

Broadwater: Soft plastics landing large flathead throughout the Broadwater. Bream and mangrove jack caught off the rock walls. Mulloway caught off the sand pipe in the Seaway.

Jumpinpin: A few bream are being caught on the incoming tide and some good flathead from the deep water at the Pin.

Freshwater: Bass biting well in the Hinze Dam and the upper reaches of the Coomera River.

Offshore: Cobia caught off Kirra Reef. Reports of tuna caught at Nine Mile Reef off Tweed Heads. Squire, amberjack and yellowtail kingfish caught at 36 fathoms east of the Seaway.

Tweed: Mangrove jack caught throughout the Tweed River on the high tide. Mud crabs and bass caught in the upper reaches of the Tweed. Whiting and bream caught along at Chinderah rock walls.
