Booted to Stone Age

QUEENS of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme has apologised to a female photographer after video emerged of him kicking her in the face during a performance at a weekend concert in the US.

The incident happened while the alt-rock band was performing at Los Angeles radio station KROQ’s annual Christmas acoustic concert on Saturday night.

Chelsea Lauren, a photographer for Shutterstock, said the incident was unprovoked.

“It was obviously very intentional,” Lauren said.
