Get yours for $35 each (minimum of two people) and add on a bucket of fresh Ballina king prawns for an extra $25. Bassk also offers a “progressiv­e platter” for $55 per person during Saturday lunch which is brought to the table in stages. Tuck into scallop kingfish ceviche, fresh raw oysters, charred octopus, garlic king prawns, torched miso salmon, nduja mussels, baby cucumber salad and polenta fries with truffle aioli along with a glass of Chandon.
