Herd promoted at Ten

TEN Network has made its first leadership change following its buyout by US broadcasting goliath CBS.

The Australian broadcaster has appointed director of corporate and regulatory affairs Annabelle Herd to the newlycreated role of chief operating officer. Ten said the new role covered a range of business functions and was effective immediately.

Chief executive Paul Anderson said Ms Herd had been responsible for leading Ten’s corporate position in a complex media landscape.
