MICK Power, Brisbane construction group BMD’s head honcho, appears to be one step, perhaps a $2 million-plus one, away from swelling the size of a beachfront Surfers holding he’s been marketing.

Mick owns two properties spanning 1500sq m on the corner of Garfield Tce and Enderley Ave, one of which cost him $14.8 million a decade ago.

He’s just spent $2.6 million buying his fifth apartment in the adjoining six-title The Premier building, which sits on an 865sq m site.
