HALL HOPING TO ADD THAT MISSING MEDAL
Leading Australian para swimmer Brenden Hall is hungry for success at GC2018. The 24-year-old may have three Paralympic gold medals and eight world titles to his credit but Commonwealth gold still awaits.
Following a bronze medal in the 100m freestyle at Glasgow 2014, Hall now has his eyes set on success at his home Games in April.
First the Brisbane-based swimmer will have to make the Australian team based on his performance at the Hancock Prospecting Australian Swimming from February 28 to March 3. Hall said the combination of the Games on the Gold Coast and being part of the largest integrated para-sport program in history will make selection all the more special.
