NRL HQ set to relocate

THE NRL could be forced from its $20m League Central headquarters and relocated to Sydney Olympic Park while Allianz Stadium is being redeveloped.

Rugby league’s governing body has only been housed in the Moore Park premises for five years but one option during construction is that the building – or part of it – be demolished.

The NRL would return after the stadium is completed.

Allianz Stadium’s $700m redevelopment is due to begin some time in late 2018 and finish in 2021.
