Fitness fears for Cambage

THE WNBL semi-final match-ups have been decided with still one round to go but the Melbourne Boomers are sweating on the fitness of star centre Liz Cambage.

Cambage sat out Melbourne’s defeat in Perth with a groin complaint and while the injury is considered minor, an extended absence for the league leader in points and rebounds would seriously harm the Boomers’ championship hopes.

The high-flying Perth Lynx will finish the regular season on top.
