DARK chocolate lovers be warned – your choice of a snack could mean you’re a psychopath.

According to a recent study, people who enjoy bitter foods and drinks also possess more malevolent personality traits.

In the research, conducted by psychologists from Innsbruck University in Austria, people who expressed a greater liking of bitter foods such as dark chocolate, coffee and tonic water exhibited more psychotic tendencies, while those who displayed more “agreeableness’’ did not prefer bitter food and drink.
