Hopefully by now your eyes have moved past the day old kitten look and your head is slightly clearer so we would like to offer a few thoughts about the year ahead. Firstly you are living in the best place on Earth so keep that thought uppermost in your mind when things aren’t going exactly to plan. Secondly we have the Commonwealth Games almost on the starting blocks. While there may be some things that make life a bit more difficult during that twoweek period, try to remember that being helpful and cheerful will enhance the experience for everyone you meet.
