Charges near for Weinstein

TWO of Harvey Weinstein’s alleged sex-crime cases have been sent to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office for review, which could bring the first criminal charges on the disgraced film producer.

The Beverly Hills Police Department has submitted two cases against Weinstein, who has so far faced allegations of sexual misconduct but not criminal charges.

More than 70 women, including stars, have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, sexual assault or rape.

He has denied all accusations of nonconsensual sex.
