Appeal on carjacking

GOLD Coast police are calling on the public who may have information about the carjacking of a female Uber driver at Runaway Bay on Saturday to come forward.

Acting Senior Sergeant Dean Sheraton said police were calling on anyone in the vicinity of the Grand Hotel in Labrador on Saturday evening about 8.30pm, who may have information about the incident, to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
