THE horse game is a pretty simple one, reckons Magic Millions owner and Harvey Norman big cheese Gerry Harvey. Wandering around the first day of the sale yesterday in his typical low-key manner, he was keeping a close watch on the 100 horses he had up for sale. “I’ve passed in more than I would have liked so I’m not having as good a sale as I would like so far. But we’ll wait and see. People will come back and buy them”. He added with a grin: “I’m enjoying it when I’m getting a lot of money for my horses — and when I’m not, I don’t. It’s pretty simple stuff”.
