Victory for Lorna Jane

ACTIVEWEAR label Lorna Jane has won a two-year legal stoush with a former employee who claimed she had been bullied while working for the company.

Coomera woman Amy Robinson, 40, managed Lorna Jane’s DFO store at Skygate near Brisbane Airport for 20 weeks in 2012, until she went on stress leave after claiming she had been bullied by a learning and development manager.

Ms Robinson then applied for workers’ compensation and never returned to work, filing a claim for $570,000 against the brand in 2015.
