Two hurt in crashes

A MAN escaped serious injury after a truck rollover at a large roundabout in Ormeau.

Emergency services received a call around 1.45pm yesterday to reports of a truck rollover at Creek St and Eggersdorf Rd. Two fire crews helped a man out of the truck.

He was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury.

In a separate incident, a man was taken to the same hospital in a stable condition with an arm injury after a car collided with a bus.

The vehicles collided on Millaroo Dr in Helensvale just before 2pm yesterday.
