Palm Beach record sale

AN architect-designed, twostorey house on a narrow block in Palm Beach has set a new street sale record.

Property records show the residence at 11 Twelfth Ave sold for $1.15 million, smashing the previous highest sale on the street of a lowset threebedroom, two-bathroom house for $872,000 in 2016.

The pricey property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with north facing gardens and a free-flowing layout.
