TWO Gold Coast properties were the most viewed properties in Queensland in the first week of the new year, according to realestate.com.au.

The weekly data revealed 15 Southern Cross Dr, Cronin Island, was the most popular listed residence.

The waterfront property is for sale for $13.8 million and features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a 10-metre pool, rooftop deck and 12-car garage.

Another waterfront property, 51 Barrier Reef Dr at Mermaid Waters, received the second highest number of views for the week.

The six-bedroom, fourbathroom homes features riverfront views and an urban industrial interior design.
