Conman in the clear

NOTORIOUS conman Peter Foster has been cleared of allegations he made threats to kill his former lawyer.

Mr Foster was charged with one count of using a carriage service to make threats to kill.

Yesterday the charges were dropped in the Southport Magistrates Court when the Commonwealth prosecutor said there was no evidence to offer in the charge.

Mr Foster did not appear in court for the matter.
