Vogue acts on accused
NEW York Vogue has suspended celebrity photographers Bruce Weber and Mario Testino after multiple allegations of sexual misconduct were made against them by male models and photography assistants.
Anna Wintour, Vogue editor-in-chief, said the allegations against the two “personal friends of mine” had been “hard to hear and heartbreaking to confront”. Fifteen models told the New York Times that Weber, 71, had subjected them to a “pattern” of unnecessary nudity and coercive sexual behaviour.
