NVL snaps up clinic

ORMEAU-BASED National Veterinary Care has settled on the purchase of another clinic in Victoria.

The acquisition is the second to settle of four that NVL announced it was buying in December.

The purchase takes its total number to 62 across New Zealand and Australia.

NVL is paying $3.6 million including $320,000 in scrip for the clinics, which are based in Victoria and Queensland.

Its share price closed yesterday up 2c or 0.68 per cent at $2.97
