Parents no longer have the basic skills evolution gave mentally, morally and emotionally these skills need to be taught, and by the parents. There are always exceptions to the rule, we adaate a healthy adult. So it, in turn, can have the skills to communicate, live and survive in an ever changing environment. Physically, all living creatures. How to raise young. Big statement, I know. You need to be able to feed, teach, nurture any young creature to crept. But exceptions, alas have become the norm.
