Wanda City wound up
THE developers of glamour three-tower Surfers Paradise beachfront project Jewel have ‘beached’ one of their companies.
Wanda City (Gold Coast) Development, set up in 2013, has been put into voluntary liquidation, apparently not owing any other party a cracker.
It’s not known what role the company, owned by Jewel’s Chinese partners, the Wanda and Ridong groups, served and whether the move will have any effect on Jewel or its future.
