Bullets need ‘tough love’

BULLETS veteran Adam Gibson says Brisbane remains a united group despite a seven-game losing streak wiping out their NBL playoff hopes.

But the dual title winner and 2012 Olympian says the Bullets need more tough love with the team in seventh on the ladder with a 7-15 record.

Gibson said there was a healthy edge at training in the build-up to Saturday’s clash with league leaders Melbourne but it failed to carry over to Brisbane Entertainment Centre as Melbourne won 103-95 win.
