IF eating and drinking are your thing then the 2018 Gold Coast Food and Wine Expo is where you needed to be over the weekend. With over 100 exhibitors, free tastings and demonstrations of the latest food trends by some stars from My Kitchen Rules and Master Chef, if it suits a glass or a plate, it was there. Add a celebrity dining room and a pop-up oyster bar and you had some very happy and merry attendees.
