Elizabeth was the standout in her Boom Shankar top, skirt she made herself, vintage hand bag, Senso shoes and to complete the look, a mix of vintage and Ruby Olive jewellery. STYLE ICONS: “I adore Iris Apfel the 96-year-old New Yorker who epitomises boldness and flamboyancy. My other choice is the group of older women that Ari Seth Cohen has highlighted through his work. They prove that age is irrelevant and that women of any age can show their individuality through fashion. For designers I choose Issey Miyake. I love how he creates fashion that works on a threedimensional level. The other is Akira Isogawa who has a way of honouring fabrics and brings so many elements to his clothes. My own style is theatrical. While I don’t follow trends I love looking at what is happening. In short I am never in or out of fashion.”
